1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using VibeProof ("the Service"), operated by Startvest LLC, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
VibeProof is an AI-powered quality assurance platform that analyzes source code repositories and generates structured test cases. The Service includes test case management, test run execution, evidence collection, and integrations with third-party services.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4. BYOK (Bring Your Own Key)
Some plans allow you to provide your own AI provider API keys. You are responsible for all charges incurred through your API keys. VibeProof encrypts stored API keys but is not liable for charges resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
5. Your Code and Data
Ownership: You retain all rights to your source code and data. VibeProof does not claim ownership of any code you connect to the Service.
Processing: By connecting a repository, you grant VibeProof permission to read and analyze your source code for the purpose of generating test cases. Source code is processed in memory and not stored permanently.
Generated Content: Test cases generated by the Service are owned by you. You may export, copy, and use them however you see fit.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Share your account with unauthorized users
- Exceed your plan's usage limits through automated means
7. Billing and Payments
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Prices are in USD and do not include applicable taxes. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of your billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
8. Availability and Support
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service is provided "as is." Support is available via email at support@vibeproof.tech.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Startvest LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
